A licensed OT or SLP evaluates, in the clinic, home, or school setting. Timing depends on matching the family’s availability with a therapist’s openings.
The evaluation report, with findings and plan of care, sent back to your office.
Progress notes as care continues. Your patient stays your patient.

Who we see
Licensed pediatric OTs (OTR/L), certified OT assistants (COTA), ASHA-certified SLPs (CCC-SLP), and an SLP assistant. Assistants work under licensed-therapist supervision. One-on-one therapy.

Early intervention
Infants and toddlers treated in the natural environment, in the home or childcare setting, by licensed pediatric therapists who live here.
Families in the NC Infant-Toddler Program, and families who want private therapy alongside it.
Children transitioning out of early intervention who still need OT or speech. Continuity when a child ages out at three and moves to private therapy.

Preschools, daycares & private schools
We see children on-site at childcare centers, preschools, and private schools, so therapy happens where they learn and play.
One-on-one therapy at your center or school, scheduled around the child’s day.
Our therapists share what they’re working on and simple strategies that carry into the classroom.

Yes, families can call us directly at 910-313-2111. A physician order is required for services billed through insurance, so we’ll ask them to have one faxed over.

Yes. We see families in the Infant-Toddler Program who want private therapy alongside it, and children who receive school-based services.
