Parking is right out front
We’re at 2116 Capital Drive, Suite 100, with free parking directly in front of the building.
There’s no large sign out front yet, so if you’re not sure you’re in the right place, call us from the parking lot at 910-313-2111 and we’ll walk you in.

We can’t take medical information about your child by email or through a web form. Email isn’t private, and details about your child’s health are protected. That’s why there’s no form on this page.

For pediatricians, early intervention & schools
Referring a child? One fax does it.
Fax the order, recent notes, and a copy of the insurance card to 910-313-2119. We’ll call the family to schedule.
